Awesome service! Needed a sitter at the last minute when an important client meeting came up and chose UrbanSitter since all the sitters are background checked. So glad I did! Samantha was very respectful and played games with the kids so I could take my call. Will definitely use again.

As others note, they're automatically renewing full-rate memberships during COVID. I contacted support promptly twice that I didn't want it--they refused to issue a refund. [Update--the 3rd time a supervisor stepped in and helped! Thank you, Brittney, 4 stars] because they have good sitters, though in 5 years I've gotten as many from other sites.

I’ve been on UrbanSitter as a babysitter for over 8 years now, and my experience has been wonderful! I’ve met great families who are friends as well as clients, and support from UrbanSitter has always been there when I need it. They get back to me very quickly and have always resolved my issue. I have tried other babysitting apps, and UrbanSitter is far and away the best!

I’ve found a lot of great babysitters using this site and always receive prompt helpful responses from Brittany. I definitely would recommend using this site because I’ve found great babysitters who were good fun smart college or grad students in my area.

Very early in my experience with UrbanSitter, but I ran into a technical issue that was solved accurately and timely by the customer support agent. The agent did not "pass me off" or attempt to rush me along to a quick resolution. She answered each email I had with empathy and thoughtful attempts to fix the issues. No problems with the platform yet, and hoping I don't.
