I purchased tickets for a high school prom. The tickets were of great quality however several of the tickets were damaged by what seemed to be toner. I could not remove the stains. Luckily, I ordered extra.

Customer service was very patient with me. Since it was the first time that I had created and ordered brochures I needed a lot of help. The team also allowed for myself and my supervisor to get on the phone together and all collaborate to get the nuances and minor trouble shooting taken care of.
