Well I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve written a one star review below, about the ordeal after purchasing shoes intended for my fiancé at the time for our wedding. After emails back-and-forth with Undandy- they were able to transfer me my refund via PayPal this week. I’m hoping they do the same for everybody else on here. Based off of what they were telling me which is that they are essentially swamped both with orders and returns, and seeing all the reviews on here… I’m starting to believe that indeed they are swamped and perhaps really trying their best. I hope everyone else reviewing on here is able to get their money or their shoes whichever they would prefer. I’m not going to exaggerate how awesome this experience has been… But I am very thankful that they were able to at least refund me at this point , and I would like to add that they have been very respectful in our emails back-and-forth.
