Ultracor – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was worried about the bad reviews. I own few items from ultracor ( purchased in other shops ) and I decided to place an order. The sport bra top came out to be too large so I contacted their custumer support. Jackie made sure that I would get the right bra size. So I sent back mine and waited. ( They are sustainable so the stuff is made to order ). I received it today in Canada with a surprised gift on top of it. I'm very happy! I think Ultracor is a great company. Things are slow but I prefer waiting than ruining the planet. I will order again from them.

I wish I read the reviews before placing my order! Reviews say "i've been scammed", that's what happened to me but at a $498 level! I placed $900 order and items did NOT arrive, then I requested a refund for a few and got nothing. 3 months into the process I got nothing: no refund, no store credit. Speaking of refunds, they do not issue refunds, even for the items that were not delivered or defective. It's insane! It's a scam to NOT issue a refund for the items that were not shipped! The fabric is delicious, it's beautiful fabric, BUT the e-commerce ultracor.com is a scam! DO NOT BUY from the website. I found that you can buy at Neiman or Bergdorf, so that might be a way to try it if you are interested. Be aware that you will be SCAMED!! I am still trying to fight to get my money back it's insane! It's first time I have this sort of an e-commerce experience, and I've been buying online for 10+ years! It's crazy!

I bought $195 Ultracor leggings because I was told they were very high quality. I am a size 10 and I take a medium. I wore them three time. The third time I noticed that there were multiple runs across my bottom. They were ruined. When I tried to work out an exchange with the company, they told me after 90 days no exchanges or returns. They weren't even interested in seeing thier faulty leggings. They kept my money and now I have nothing. I recommend Lululemon and Yoga democracy. I have never had a problem with their products.

I've purchased their clothes form Neiman Marcus for a while now. I recently decided to order some leggings from their site directly. Especially, since they were having Labor day sale. The leggings run smaller than my other brands. I logged in to print a return label and I could not find it. Finally I called them and they said that you have to go through a different website for returns. Also, he sounded like I was bothering him. Are you kidding me? You sell $200 leggings and have terrible customer service. I initiated the return and after they review your order then they'll either approve or deny your return. What the heck?? I finally emailed them and was not very nice. They send me the label and follow with an email, telling me that their clothes are made to order and that they don't do returns and that they'll make an exception for me this time. That's a lie because my initial order came in two days. So you're saying you made the leggings in two days and shipped it? What a joke. I'm honestly so disappointed in this brand. Who is running this company? Scam artists. Never again!

I wouldn't give them even one star. I spent 225$ for leggings and on 3rd wear I the pattern start to peeling off. I wish I didn't buy them oh and I had to wait for them a month. Not worth the money and poor quality .
