Urban Farmer – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Placed an order in winter for 25 bare root pineberry plants plus a blueberry plant. Had to pay $11 shipping plus some weird special handling for the blueberry. Was told everything would ship in April for my zone. Got an email mid April saying my order shipped. Shipped via USPS, so now I'm already nervous that the plants will be dead when they arrive thanks to the mailman taking forever. Well 5 days later the package is delivered and it is one sad looking blueberry plant plus a refund check for the cost of the pineberry plants and a note that said sorry bad crop, refunded. I never was contacted telling me these plants would never be delivered. Never was offered a replacement plant, or a full refund. Nothing. I would've never paid $11 shipping for one silly plant. I would've just cancelled the whole order if I knew ahead of time. Such horrible customer service.

Received faulty product, refused to refund money. We got scammed out of $1,710.
