Bestilt utstyr fra tyrnorge.no, men mottar ikke varene og får ikke svar på Mail. Bestilte fra norsk nettside og først etter bestillingsbekreftelsen kommer det frem at varene sendes fra Sverige. Betaling trukket men ingen varer eller svar fra firmaet på henvendelser etter tre uker...

Ordered my husband swim trunks but when they came they were TINY.... way way smaller than any others. We were leaving for vacation to I emailed and asked if there was any way to get another pair shipped in time but they weren't really interested in helping me out. So I returned them and they deducted $4.99 from my refund. When I emailed them asking why they responded that they charge $4.99 for a return shipping label. So I paid $10 total for a pair of swim trunks that were about half the size or a normal pair.

My swim bags, all my googles are from TYR. I love their products ♥️ Quality and price is very good. Once i purchased a sports bra and it was too big, so i returned it. Apparently i messed up the labels and returned them wrong items ( t-shirts) 😄 Customer service rep. Lauren called me and left a message saying that i have sent a wrong item, they were so sweet to send the wrong stuff back to me with no charge. What a customer service ! Next time i need anything for my swim practices, i will buy it @tyr.com
