I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with this company. I placed an order on 9/22/2024 and promptly paid the invoice in full, expecting to receive my products as agreed. However, 2 months have passed, and I have not received any shipping information or confirmation that my order has even been processed. I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer service team through various channels, but all my efforts have been met with complete silence. No response, no updates, nothing. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the products I paid for is unacceptable and appears to be a deliberate attempt to defraud customers. At this point, I am left with no choice but to consider this a case of fraud. If my full refund is not issued within upcoming 7 days, I will take further action. This includes reporting this company to consumer protection authorities, filing complaints with relevant regulatory bodies, and pursuing legal action if necessary. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this business. I am taking all necessary steps to ensure they are held accountable for their actions, and I advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice before dealing with a company that clearly has no regard for customer trust or satisfaction.
