The trophies are ok however the engraving is not very clear struggle to read the engraving which is very disappointing

I paid for next day delivery because they were guaranteed- they did not arrive until several days later due to the delivery service used- in this error I had to purchase medals from another company and had to pay out twice. You did resend them but it was too late and they were surplus and an additional and avoidable cost.

Recieved a broken shield, photo's needed that I could not upload, provided other means, which company could not agree too. Had been left high and dry with paying for an item that could not be used and had not been fit for purpose. Very disappointing customer after-sales service.

Arrived damage. Had been dropped at some point, damaging one of the corners

Upon searching for a golden glove trophy for an under 9s football team, I came across trophystore.co.uk via a google search. After reviewing a decent range of trophy’s I made the decision to order what I thought was a golden glove trophy with a custom centre disk at an extra £1.25 sporting the clubs logo. Unfortunately this was where the whole experience turned sour…. After placing my selected trophy into the basket at a cost of £22.95 and then adding the customised centre disk at £1.25 I then chose the Royal Mail standard delivery therefore the total cost being around £26.00. Based on me placing my order I got confirmation and in my opinion my order was complete and on its way within 5-10days. In no time at all I received the centre disk which was good quality print however no trophy. After waiting a few extra days thinking the trophy may arrive separately I made a phone call and was told the following: Oh no you’ve not ordered a trophy from us as the £22.95 was an admin & set up cost as I was a new customer. Therefore for £26.00 I received a 5mm centre disk for this amount.. Upon myself questioning this I was then told no all new customers face a admin & set up cost and you will have to order the trophy at £22.95 however we won’t charge any extra. This site is very misleading and in my opinion requires trading standards to carry out an investigation into there advertising and misrepresentation… STAY AWAY
