Last Tria Beauty Reviews from Trustpilot

It does not work! I have tiny patches. I was constant, consistent and used as directed. Customer Service is not helpful. But then again I understand… they have terrible reviews so they can care less. I want my refund for your useless device.

Stay away from this company. I purchased a $300 acne device that needed cartridges to operate. Then one day they decided to discontinue it for a device that costs a third of the price, no cartridges needed. So now I have an expensive, useless device. Maybe they consulted with Clarisonic before making this move, just to tick people off. I complained to the BBB for a refund but they never responded. I purchased a Foreo acne device for $95 that works like a charm.

I live in Canada, Tria product was shipped from USA, I WOULD NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE, they are polite but super sketchy. AND CRAZY SLOW, too slow... almost like they are trying very hard to keep your money. Long story short I ordered the eye laser cuz I wanted to prevent crows feet which is heavily in my genetics. Followed directions, but could only use it for 3 seconds, (you need 1 min under your eye.... wow....) yes kept it moving and never go over the same place twice, I got blister hive looking things... I wanted it to work so badly but I guess my skin was super sensitive? Anyways I went back and forth with customer service which literally was 2 weeks of chatting, mind you I reply right away as I always check my mail at night. I did a wrist patch test and showed her the hives that were on my wrist too, asked her if she thinks its ok and if I should keep it. (hives is fine if I get the result.. lol) she eventually concluded that I was 'allergic' to the device and she truly goes not recommend me to go on using it. Mailed it in June 15th SATURDAY., still no refund, called the lady asking where is the refund, she said it was cuz I mailed it on a weekend... it's July 16th..... I can hear the lady helping me on the phone do math and she is counting mon-fri for each week that passed... why would it take you more than 22 WORKING WEEKDAYS to give me back a refund? She told me I would have gotten my refund by the end of the week... Friday and Saturday... I don't see it... and its Tuesday now... Why did I have to call and remind you? She wanted me to wait longer, no refund yet. Seriously ppl, customer service to reply to you will be polite, and will be fast at first response, but in sending you a return slip, and allowing you to refund takes a long time, and when you actually done communicating the problem, refunding also takes forever too. They basically are hoping you don't return your item if it doesn't work out, and then also hoping to forget about your refund. I never felt this sus against a company before. Just too slow at everything. If you NEED to buy one, I think try Sephora, I should have done that, if I knew Tria is turtley slow. It feels like there are 3 workers there who work maybe 4 days a week and have holidays. There mood is good, but their service is snailish and forgetful. Conclusion: I recommend buying it on Sephora, I do not recommend you buying it directing from there website (or you will regret it........ unless you are 100% sure you won't have a problem with it), they are nice people, but you need to constantly check up on them and remind them. There refund time is BS.
