TravisMathew – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

TM quality products, Customer Service woeful. Never buy from TM in UK / Europe. Ordered 5 items only 4 arrived, lack of communication. Sizes incorrect due to US arrived competed to UK ordered. Looking a refund / exchange, awful experience. The worst part, I have phoned them 10+, No one ever picked up. Website for Refunds takes you round in circles for starting a Refund. Now sent all items back at my expense, no one confirmed receipt despite Royal Mail confirmed proof of delivery. Now been 6 weeks and still £150+ out of pocket. Avoid TM at at all costs!

SLOOOOOW SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES - Their Customer service claims they need 4 business days to process any orders. FOUR DAYS, to process 1 pair of shorts, then 3 days after the label was created to show it was picked up by the carrier and any movement on my tracking order. if im lucky ill see this 2 weeks after I paid.

Buy from a wholesaler and not direct, customer service is woeful if there is an issue.

EU website says SIZE (UK) so I ordered 10. US size 10 arrived. Wanted to exchange for bigger size, was told on the phone I cannot do that, I have to post them back (at my own expense) for a refund and then place another order for bigger size. Not going to do that as they clearly do not know the difference between UK and US sizes. Money on postage both ways wasted. I want to see about that refund also as it seems others have had bad experiences. I shall update this review if I do not receive my money back. Shame, as the shoes were actually nice.

Terrible customer service. Like really really bad. Great clothes. Can't figure out their own rewards system to save their lives. Not really worth overspending on clothes to be treated like crap though.
