Transparent Labs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Super unprofessional. Waited months to get my order. Would never buy from them again. There are plenty of other better brands out there that will act professionally than to buy from terrible transparent labs

I subscribed to their product two months ago. I decided a week ago to change one of my products on my account on their website. This is when suspicion and ingenuity began to scream like a red flag. I couldn't able to get my credit card information. I emailed them with no correspondence. I called them, phone keep ringing, It was three days since to get an email back and I haven't. I had to cancel my credit card.

I ordered ProteinSeries 100% Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate on Feb 21 and still have not received the shipment nearly a month later. Their support email staff responded initially to say order is on its way, but recently stopped responding to me altogether despite multiple emails sent. I will need to submit dispute with my credit card company for product not received soon if product still doesn't arrive soon or they don't issue me a refund!

I've laid complaint's with them on multiple occasions about my Mass Gainer order that initially stopped being updated after 5 days. My order was placed on the 20th of October. They directed my issue to Route (Their shipping partner). They automatically marked it for a refund because it was lost. Fine, nor harm no foul. They ask for my Paypal email to send the refund and I do that. They say it will be refunded there within the next business day. It doesn't show; I complain again and they say the same thing. It's now been 7 days since then and still nothing. Edit/Update: They got back to me and issued a refund back to my card. So I've updated my review from 1 to 2 stars. They still stalled and lost my package. And it took so long just to get to the bottom of the issue. My refund is still pending. I can't say I had a good experience ordering their products from overseas.

This company provides quality supplements & daily vitamins for essential health regimens to keep your mind focused plus your body in the best shape, some might think prices are steep but I’m telling you it’s worth every cent to have the right thing going into your system. In my almost 2yrs of doing business w/ this company it has been almost flawless dealing w/ them, ran into a shipping situation on a couple occasions handled w/ no problem(Actually USPS not TL fault). Maria CSS rep please quit curving customers people who support your company should be embraced not giving the run arounds, just a thought.
