We’re in New Bern, NC. The local Tractor Supply is great. Products are quality, prices are decent and their employees are always available and helpful. Corporate? Incredibly helpful. I bought a set of gas fireplace logs thru them in October, 2021. The logs had a 2 year warranty and failed a year later (9/22). After trying to deal with the vendor (Cedar Ridge Hearth, a KY company) for 7 long and painful and fruitless months, which included filing complaints with the NC AG’s office, the KY AG’s office and the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, Tractor Supply refunded my money. Don’t know of many companies that would do that. So, yeah, I’ll give them a 5 star rating every time.

I bought 2 shrubs through Tractor Supply. They were delivered and were diseased with a deadly fungus. I contacted Tractor Supply through their online customer service. They did reply to my customer service request online although it took longer than the amount of time shown so don't give up. They reached out to me by email and requested photos of the plants. I sent the photos and received an email notification the same day that they have issued a refund to my payment source. i am completely satisfied with the way customer service settled my request.
