I was ordering 10’ carp rods for my son and due to a checkout glitch and trying to buy a rod bag, also from TFT but on Ebay, I missed the flash sale window for the original choice on their website! Contacting customer service, they couldn’t do the original sale price and after a bit of to & fro, I decided to buy a pair of Sonik SK47 10’ rods! Being unsure of whether to go for 3lb or 3.5, I watched a couple of videos and had an exchange or 5 with Billy from customer service and went with the 3.5lb rods, for which, I was generously given a 10% discount! They arrived within 2 working days after ordering and, honestly, I cannot believe just how good the rods are! They definitely look WAY more expensive than the price point with quality fittings! Great gear at a great price and TOP QUALITY customer service from Total Fishing Tackle! Just a brilliant all round package! I will be back to TFT for more gear in the future! Recommended 100% 5⭐️

Bought a Penn surfblaster reel and I’m just under 3 months had an issue with the reel. Contacted the company and within 24 hours and a quick video sent they’ve agreed to take the product back and hopefully repair or issue a new reel.
