TodayTix – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Lewis, the Senior Customer Experience Rep really went above and beyond helping me out. Something came up and we couldn't make it, and we were hoping to get our show rebooked. Initially I was frustrated with the service, because it's chat-first and I wasn't able to get a hold of someone before our show time (my phone didn't have service so I couldn't use the website). Once I finally was able to access the website, the chat feature still made it kind of difficult to get in touch with a customer service person. It took a couple back-and-forths, but when I finally reached Lewis, he listened to my frustrations, and not only offered to pass my concerns along to the team, but helped me resolve my situation, and was personable and sympathetic the entire time. Really turned my experience around!

Was looking for a show to go see at a price that I would not have to spend my entire savings (wink wink) and TodayTix gave me that option. The app and website are easy to use and the shows are nicely displayed with full details. I would have given it 5 stars but for the good seats it appears you would still need to spend your last penny. Overall the experience and options available are good.

At first, I had a slight hiccup with the website, but the minute that I spoke with a customer service representative the issue was taken care of. I love the fact that I can now purchase tickets without having to pay full price through broadway.com. This is a great alternative to get great seats For amazing Broadway shows at a price that is much more palatable

The staff Sophie did a good job of helping me solve my problem before the show. I have Covid and could not attend tonight performance and she really helped so that I can see it at a later date.

I had luckily taken out ticket protection, asI had to cancel our booked seats. Was offered vouchers instead of a refund, I thought this was ok, but when I saw the email with the attached voucher, it said that I had to rebook for the same show that we had missed. As the production is unfortunately finishing on 3/7/24, and I don’t think I would be better by then, I had to get in touch will customer services all over again, they agreed to extend my voucher to any performance and the voucher is valid for a year. A great result, such a shame that I didn’t get this offered to me after the first call.
