Tires Direct – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I Bought 445/50/22.5 Continental trailer super single tire in Feb/21. Tire blew out on April/2. Called company and they asked me to email photos. I did that and asked them if I needed to keep the tire in order to return it. I was advised no that the pictures would be enough and they would call me back.. I was in somewhere, Louisiana at a Love's truck stop 4 hours from home. I was never called back after waiting for over an 2 hour's while EILD was running. Another 3 Hours later when I was almost home, I finally received a call from the Salesmen Maurico who indicted that the warranty people never contacted him back and I would have to ship the tire back.. LOL. SMH.. After further conversation it in fact became.. I would have to buy another tire and after they shipped to me and I received it, I would have to ship the damaged one back to them and after they received the tire back, they would issue me a refund.. WHAT? Get the blank out of here.. Keep your new tire and the $900.00 I'll never buy from you again and will make sure that I post a review.. You said I did not need to keep the tire and the tire was left at Love's Truck Stop some hours back..
