Première commande...un succès total ! En fait, malgré les mauvaises expériences rapportées sur ce site, je n'ai pas hésité à passer commande par deux fois afin de profiter des promotions en cours. Résultat, connaissant très bien les tailles des chaussures et des vêtements Timberland, je n'ai pas été déçu. De plus, les deux colis sont bien partis le lendemain de la commande (un mardi) pour une livraison le jeudi par Chronopost ! Je recommande ce site marchand. Merci à Timberland.fr pour leur sérieux et leur rapidité dans le traitement de mes commandes n°37599216 et n°37599075.

I usually leave bad reviews, but not this time. I feel sorry for all the people who have had bad experiences with Timberland; not me. I have bought and returned MANY shoes from Timberland UK, and not a single bad experience. Orders always arrived the next day after dispatch, and returns are so easy(no printer needed at home). I also always received my refunds the same day the shoes reach them. Yes, Timberland has changed, and it's not the same quality as before, etc; but so far the overall experience, including customer service is really good. I just hope the 'American Craft' line will be back soon!
