Although my order was shipped with an item missing, a quick call to Thornton's customer services sorted it out. The Customer Service Representative was fantastic. Callum was helpful, friendly and above all professional. He sorted this out and I have been advised that a replacement item is being shipped. Callum deserves recognition for his efforts to get this issue resolved. I suppose I could be annoyed that the order was shipped with a missing item, but the fact it was sorted quickly helps to make up or that. Mistakes happen. We're all human.

Purchased a easter egg on monday got it delivered for next day (Tuesday) no problems what so ever couldn’t be more happy with this order 10/10 definitely recommend

Visited Thorntons online to browse Easter gifts.. before I made my purchase I had a look at this Trustpilot page and it did put me off ordering. I signed up to see if the 10% code would come through and it did.. so I placed my order thinking it was risky but to my delight I received it 2 days later! Chocolates look great. So glad I purchased! Seems fine if you know what you’re looking for and enter everything in correctly.
