Tile – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Tile is fantastic, yes you have to pay £2.99 or rely on Bluetooth, it's not air tag, but that's ok, it's a small price to pay to wonder, is it worth waiting for my bag or not? As a frequent traveller, it has been a game changer for me, in both free and premium modes.

I left my purse at a gas station an hour from where I was staying. I didn't realize this until the next day when I pressed the tile waiting for the ring that would show where it was in my car. Surprise! The app on my phone showed me an address in a town 90 minutes away. I drove to the address and found an apartment building. I followed the signal from weak, to moderate, to strong to very strong. The first door I knocked on had my purse and returned it with everything in it. A big sigh of relief that I didn't have to replace my driver's id and the rest.

Have a Tile on a medical advice. Somehow the device slipped between the driver seat and console in my truck. Couldn't find the device nighttime. Next day in the daylight activated Tile find it. It did!

Great customer service. This began with my trying to find my keys. The app showed my last connection was 2 weeks prior. This tile is old, almost 4 yrs old. I was ready to give up on using the app to find my keys. I then noticed 2 other tiles were not connected. I played around and the connection would come and go. I contacted customer service. The first young lady was helpful and after some tests from my phone and from there end most of the glitches were solved except one tile. She then processed my order for a replacement tile. After we finished I noticed my 4 yr old tile was connected again. I found my keys. I don't know how much they cost but I'm sure my little Mercedes fob is stupid expensive to replace. A few days later I noticed the second tile that was glitchy was now dead like the other. Contact customer service again. A few tests later and another tile is on its way to me. Obviously these tiles are not perfect, by experience and reading the reviews. I can say that despite their imperfections, they have saved me a huge expense and a few headaches when I did need them to find my keys.

I am very glad that I have 4 tiles. For the most part. They are extremely helpful. But sometimes they are very frustrating. Sometimes it will say Unable to connect, when it Is close by. I will spot it , pick it up in my hand and the phone in my other hand still says "Notify when found is on". That might happen 10% of the time. But I am thankful for the other ninety percent.
