This review is for the employee, not the store and other employees (as the rating would be different). Moshiur helped me determine which products would help me with an uncommon purchase. I needed headphones to connect to my tv as I am almost deaf and current tv doesn't have bluetooth. He recommended and explained why it would work. I have purchased from this store in the past and happened to have purchase from Moshiur. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. I got home and it works perfectly and I can use tv with volume much lower. Thanks!

So far I would like to give the source 5 stars, online customer service was very friendly, helpful, and professional, I have ordered an item online and so far everything is going great I have recieved a tracking number about 12 hours after purchase and recieved an expected delivery date, I feel from my expeirence so far that this is a very reliable company, and am excited to shop at the source again in the future. Update- My Order came in exactly on time a few hours before expected delivery, overall very very happy with ordering online from the source.( my order was the rare xbox series x forza bundle that was just released limited supplies)

Bought a 4000$ Item 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to receive it last Friday. And I never got any updates on what's going on with my order. The customer service doesn't even know whats going on. It hasn't even shipped yet. The money is out of my account and I have no product. The customer service sucks! But it's not their fault. All they know is what they can see on the computer. I'm never buying from the source again! Update. I got a email from someone working at the source. He really tried to help. And did a great job at it. He really got the job done. Every company has issues. Some mistakes where done. But at the end the source did what they had to do to remidi the problem! So I take back the 1 star...😉🤣😅 I recommend shopping at the source...
