Bought a wash bag my he wanted for my Dad for Fathers Day. Outstanding quality as ever. Thoughtful design (lots of zip up pockets in a great compact package). He’ll be delighted with it.

I’ve ordered 3 items from The UK The North Face web site. All items have arrived within 4 days and have been excellent quality and the correct size. So I’m a satisfied online customer of The North Face. The items in question have been a Himalayan Parker Jacket, MEN'S CIRCALOFT HOODED JACKET, a lighter weight summer jacket and a pair of MEN'S VECTIV™ EXPLORIS II HIKING BOOTS. All three items were selected from the Outlet store and were reduced in price. I also was able to obtain discount codes for each item, receiving 10%, 20%, and 20% off the price of each item respectively. So 5 star review from me. Thanks The North Face.

So I’ve already left these a 5 star review before from a completely different order months before I ordered my last one anyway long story short, I had a men’s light Himalayan down jacket and the front chest zip broke on me the other week. I contacted the warranty team as this was my main coat with all my pockets for my bus pass etc it’s got like 6 usable zip pockets so yeah it bust on me so I contacted them on the phone they sent me a label I agreed to send it back to them for free but after I got the label I realised I couldn’t get it printed AND drop it off at UPS coz both places was the opposite side of the borough 😔 so I rung them back and then they arranged me a home collection which was meant to be within 3 days but they came within about 16 hours which was the next working morning.. didn’t hear anything back till my door knocked today (about 9/10 days) and they sent me my coat back with the zip fixed 🙌🏼 it’s been repaired as I requested as I didn’t want a refund coz I got the coat on a discount and they didn’t even stock the colour no more so a exchange wouldn’t of been enough coz I wanted that colour still. Anyway this is the second time I’ve had to use north face returns and both times the experience has been perfect 👌🏼 dunno why it’s got so many bad reviews so anyone reading these dont judge on everything you see on here remember people only ever come to places like this to leave BAD reviews and never good ones. If anyone else who reads this has a good experience after dealing with them make sure you give them good feedback aswel as bad if they mess up but I think they go above and beyond to help people and their prices are so much cheaper than getting it in blacks/millets/JD or anything like that your best dealing with TNF directly. Anyway Thankyou to Dilyana for all your help and Thankyou the warranty team for fixing my favourite coat! Keep up the good work.. Chris Lyons ♥️

Ordering was easy, Delivery was quick which took two days and was regularly kept up to date and also by the delivery company. The T-shirt i ordered was just what i expected and good quality. I will definately order again in the future
