Again does anyone get Paid LTD orSTD where the pay dates are supposed to be the 1st and 15th..I have never received a payment on time.. what or how can we do about this. We have bills to pay. I have Long term Disability via Through Amazon. Help! I asked my case worker when we get paid and have not received anything yet. They said it depends when it gets to your bank. I call bullshit. I have worked at a bank before. It’s not complicated! Anybody have this experience?

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give no stars! TERRIBLE!! Absolutely horrendous! I have been out of work for over a month and still have not been paid for STD. They send you a form (physician statement) only to later tell you that form isn’t enough to support your claim. You can get anyone on the phone and when you do speak with someone they are unable to answer your questions.

Short term disability. faxed paperwork for my provider to fill out but it didn't go through. They did not notify me. Then they emailed the paperwork to my privet but spelled the email wrong, never notified me that it didn't go through. Now every time I contact them to check on my claim, it's a different story every time!? No communication and all you hear are different excuses EVERY TIME YOU CALL.

EVIL SCAMMERS. They tell you something different every time you call. They have harassed me about supposed overpayments I owe yet they give me a different reason every time and now are claiming my entire claim is denied and now I owe them everything. I spoke to a lawyer and she told me this is exactly how they operate. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. And do not trust what they say. Avoid them if you can!!!!!

Was sideswiped by a driver who tried to get ahead of me by passing on the right shoulder. Problem was there was someone already sitting on the shoulder in front of the driver so to avoid hitting him, he turned into me. In any case my claim through The Hartford has been handled with the utmost professionalism and compassion by Meaghan Sprague in the claims Dept. I can't say enough good things about her. My car was repaired within a week after handing it over to the repair shop. I am now looking to work with The Hartford to prove culpability on the other driver's part. I hope The Hartford doesn't hit me with punishing rate hikes but in any case, Meaghan and the claims process has been exemplary. Also a shout out to Peter Kwan for exemplary service as well.
