The team finally got in touch with me, even though I had a pretty negative experience with the delivery. We’re still in the process of resolving the issue. Since this was a rather expensive purchase, my initial review was quite harsh, as I wasn’t sure if anything would be done. But now I can see that they took my case seriously and are addressing the issues with proper attention. I can say that you might be able to rely on these folks, after all. They do step up when it matters, even if it takes a bit of time.

I absolutely LOVE sleeper clothes! They are an investment that will stand the test of time and totally worth the price. I do have to save a little first but as I say, they are such great quality with fantastic attention to detail in the styles. Also, you know you’re wearing something that not everyone else will have. Apart from amazing clothes they also have incredible customer service. They go above and beyond to help you in every way they can. On top of all that they are still working and making amazing products while their country is under attack. Shopping with Sleeper is an all round amazing experience.
