Ondanks de niet al te positieve reviews op Trustpilot toch een bestelling geplaatst bij Teknistore voor een computeronderdeel. Een week later werd de bestelling netjes geleverd zonder problemen.

Société sérieuse qui rembourse sans problème quand la marchandise n'est pas en stock , avant de passer commande bien vérifier par mail avec eux si il n'y a pas de rupture de produits la société est réactive.

Ordered a digital microscope from Teknistore which unfortunately arrived with a damaged screen (leaking LCD). I emailed them with pictures of the display and was quickly offered a replacement screen - which I accepted. At each stage I was kept informed on progress and soon given a tracking number. A few days later the replacement screen arrived - complete with bezel and switch panel so it was only a case of removing 6 screws and 2 ribbon cabled, re-assembly and job done, on fully working digital microscope. Would I have preferred that it had arrived in full working order? Of course, but things happen and it's how issues get resolved that separates the good companies from the bad. Thanks to Lena and Ada at Teknistore customer service for the swift (considering post from China) resolution.
