I purchased a steam generator iron from this company in July 2022. From day one it leaked water, with clothes soaked after ironing. After a lot of communication the iron was replaced in October. The new iron was no different. I have produced evidence in the form of videos and photographs of how wet clothes are after ironing. Tefal collected the iron five weeks ago and I have been informed today that there is nothing wrong with the iron and it will be returned to me with nothing done. I plan on taking Tefal to the small claims court. Their customer service is non existent and my husband has even been told to stop communicating with them. Avoid buying anything made by Tefal, if anything goes wrong they just don’t want to know. If I could award No stars I would.

Ik wil een onderdeel bestellen bij Tefal. Heb het contactformulier ingevuld. Met ALLE door Tefal benodigde / gevraagde gegevens. Krijg ik het formulier niet verzonden. Lekker duurzaam bezig Tefal. Dit was mijn laatste Tefal product. Waardeloze klantenservice, waardeloze website. Eén ster is nog teveel. Tineke
