Teespring – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Am 22.12.23 hatte ich ein T-Shirt bestellt, welches am 8.1.24 hätte geliefert werden sollen. Nachdem es nicht kam, habe ich den Support eingeschaltet. Der hat sich wirklich gut um den Fall gekümmert und mir am Ende die Wahl gelassen ein kostenloses Ersatz-T-Shirt zu schicken oder mir das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Ich habe mich für das Ersatz-T-Shirt entschieden. Auch das kam nicht zum versprochenen Liefertermin an. Also erneut an den Support gewendet, der sich wieder tatkräftig bemüht hat. Irgendwann erreichte mich das Paket dann doch. Ein Teil der Adresse auf dem Label hatte gefehlt, das führte zur Verzögerung bei der Zustellung. Ich habe mich gut behandelt gefühlt und das T-Shirt ist qualitativ wirklich hochwertig. Daher gebe ich 5 Sterne.

The customer service of Teespring is phenomenal! There was a small printing issue with my shirt and Michelle quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. My experience was easy and pleasant. Friendly and responsive staff!
