I purchased a Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier a couple of weeks ago and had an issue with the fan making noise. I contacted them and sent a video of the problem and they said it was most likely a faulty fan. They did not have anymore in stock and issued me a refund. It's far and few in-between you find a company who actually cares, they handled this very politely and promptly and would buy another product from them in the future. Nice job TaoTronics !!!
