Our specific counselor was great. But Talkspace customer service is absolute garbage, completely non-existent. Good luck if you have a billing or insurance issue... you're on your own! They do not care about you, will not help you beyond an unhelpful canned response. Not even a phone # to call. AVOID!!!!

Talkspace's customer service is deeply irresponsible. I was ignored by case worker Denise Williams for a month. She ultimately promised to connect me with a senior agent. Instead, she closed my case without offering any help. I only found out when I was given a form email asking "how my experience was." Talkspace should be ashamed of how they treat people seeking healthcare.

Im retracting my 1 star and putting 5 yes an agent reached out finally and gave me my refund.

UPDATE: Though it took quite a while, Talkspace did finally resolve the issue. All of the customer support representatives were nice. ORIGINAL ONE-STAR REVIEW: When I attempt to create an account, I receive an error message. I was able to get a reply from customer support and they seemed to be actively trying to solve the issue until one day without resolving the problem and without giving a reason, they went silent. I've messaged them twice since then and they simply ignore me. I hope no one in a crisis situation ever relies on Talkspace.
