Wonderful phone customer service. I have been online shopping for years. All items have been good. One item was too small. I returned it UPS, received a credit card credit. Oh La - I'm now ordering Christmas gifts for myself and friends !!! Good going SUNDANCE !! Allison Sabraw

YOU have to be patient! I am not a long-time person whom has blind devotion, but a customer of less than a year with 11 orders, so I have had experience with a variety of issues. 1. Returns take 3-4 weeks to process. Unlike a lot of places I’ve purchased from, it seems they do not use old packaging and take their time to inspect, and re-heatseal the package as new. No quick turn around and just know and deal with it so you don’t get a wadded up, perfumed, awful return product. 2. They have actual Customer Service! You can call, and actually speak to a U.S. based employee and ask what the actual measurements are on a specific item! YEAH crazy! 3. Shipping is high! If you don’t get a sale or code for signing up, it is $$$! I haven’t had any problems with damaged items and Returns for EXCHANGING is FREE. 4. Shipping (non-express) to Eastern Standard Time takes a week, at least! If it doesn’t fit, you feel deflated… but this is where their actual Customer Service kicks in! You pay only $8 to return without an exchange. People complain about having to pay to return, but it is YOU that doesn’t want it. Not like they charge further for you to keep it! And the way gas prices are ($$$$), $8 is a steal! 5. They have quality fabrics on clothes without charging outrageous prices! I adore velvet, and to get a silk blend velvet for less than $100 is beyond awesome! So, shipping can be pricey, they have actual Customer Service and things take a long time … coming or going. I admit my first returns, had me worried and wondering, but they take their own sweet time and do it right. May be me in this fast paced world to expect everything yesterday? At least I can call, NOT wait half a day to speak to someone, and knows everything about their product!

2024 Update: the issues appear to be resolved. 4 stars 2021: I have been ordering from this company for years. Something has gone astray with them lately. They are sending promotion codes which do not work (no error is returned but the discount does not apply either, and that's been happening for few months now). This is very unfortunate for a reputable company. I have to call customer service every time to have the promotion code applied and they deny having an issue. For the prices they charge they should have better technology (giving them the benefit of the doubt that they don't monkey with the codes intentionally). Additionally, the item history has no date sorting which makes looking up a purchased item very difficult.

I exchanged a defective top. they were so nice. no charge for shipping either way.

I am almost always extremely satisfied with anything I buy from Sundance. Their clothes, shoes, and bedding are well made and long wearing. The one time I had a problem with a custom item's quality, they took it back even though there were supposed to be no returns and sent a redo. There customer service reps are lovely and very patient when you are ordering items and have questions. The cotton bedding used to be softer, then it currently is, would like to see that go back to the way it was, but all and all, everything I have bought from them, I have been pleased with. Things are shipped quickly and safely.
