Onestamente è arrivato tutto il 10/12 giorni (tenuto conto che in Italia c’era anche ferragosto) Il loro codice non è mai stato tracciabile sul sito delle poste. Habe diese Seite vor kurzem gefunden und habe sehr viele schlechten Bewertungen gelesen, dies hat mich zuerst sehr irritiert und ich konnte mich lange nicht entscheiden etwas zu bestellen. Habe aber doch meine erste große Bestellung gemacht und gehofft, dass sie nach 1-2 Monaten zu mir kommt. Doch ich war gut überrascht, als ich meine Bestellung schon nach 1,5 Wochen bekommen habe, alles ganz, gut verpackt, mit einem kleinen Geschenk und das wichtigste für mich ohne Zollgebühren. Habe bei diesem online-Shop schon zwei mal bestellt und habe auch meine zweite Bestellung innerhalb von 1 Woche bekommen. Habe jedes mal eine Mail gekriegt, wenn sie die Bestellung bearbeitet haben und wenn sie sie abgeschickt haben. Ich liebe diese Seite, die Produkte sind alle original(habe es selbst geprüft mit den QR-Codes). Die Preise sind einfach winzig und sie haben auch eine gut funktionierende Seite. Es ist jedoch wichtig, dass ihr auch drauf achten, ob sie die Produkte auf Lager haben. Ich habe immer nur die Produkte genommen, die auch auf Lager sind und innerhalb 24 Stunden Versand haben. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich aus meiner Seite nicht nachvollziehen, kann aber sein, dass ich einfach nur Glück hatte. Ich bleibe sicher bei diesem Shop und werde auch weiterhin von dort bestellen.

I won't lie, I placed the ordered without checking reviews then the panic kicked in!!! I'd little to no contact except for an update of a weird shipping number but everything and more has actually arrived today! It's actually as I ordered, every item is perfect! I did place the order around 9th August and wasn't aware it was coming from Hong Kong but that is on me for not checking! I think this may be a order by order experience as I have not a bad word to say! Also to clarify I'm not linked to this company or anything, I'm just a silly person who wanted nice skincare and didn't read up before hand!
