they answered the phone, took my order and then we joked around.............oh, I forgot I did receive free shipping on my order because it was approx. $63.00 , also a 10 % discount for fathers day and no sales tax and it blew away Amazon Primes price and I got to speak with Nick.............they ARE THE BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually don't buy things from the USA because of its high shipping fees to Europe, but I though in this case the items base price was worth it because it's significantly cheaper than here, in Portugal, from strings to guitar maintenance products. There was a small problem with the payment at first and the package was a bit late, but they could help me every time through their live chat, so the experience ended up being quite pleasant. I would strongly recommend it.
