A nightmare to have a proper reply from customer service. They don't pick up the returns and left me with paid postage costs and an article that does not suit me. I will place a claim at EU customer council. Save a headache and look elsewhere.

Handla inte hos Stiga. Försökte annullera ordern 1 timme efter att jag lagt den. Men de skickar ändå och man måste hämta ut paketet och sedan returnera det på egen bekostnad. Själva ångerrätt processen orkar jag inte ens ta upp. Sämsta online handeln som finns

Really good customer service and high quality products. After I placed my order I received a wrong item (Air scooter instead of Snowracer King size) but Stiga Sports immediately shipped out the correct item (as soon as I notified them about the mistake) and as a compensation for the mistake, let us keep the first delivery. At the end I am a happy customer.
