I've had nothing but great experiences with Sticker Giant. When they had questions about one of my sticker label designs, the designer actually called me on the phone to clarify. She was super sweet and helpful. What a breath of fresh air. Good prices plus deals are sent to my inbox often. They are definitely a company I will use again.
Proofs took 2 days, 3 days to print. I paid for overnight shipping but it was not overnight. They charged $54 for overnight shipping for a small box. Didn’t respond to my email. I will never use them again!
Absolutely A horrible company. You will go through the process of picking out your stickers. Upload a photo and it seems legit. We had a very important company meeting this weekend and depended on a quick, easy solution to getting some promotional gear quickly. We have done many other promotions with other companies and found Sticker Giants' price a bit more affordable. We paid for overnight shipping and the nightmare started. We soon found out that we had to wait a day to have them send us a proof. This is not instant. They told us our file was not good enough, even though we have made thousands, and thousands of promotional gear with our already done, die cut logos. So this wasted another day. Then we sent a folder of all possible file types and they said we had to wait for the production team to send us a proof. There is another day! Before we get that proof, it will be three days and THEN, we have to wait another 3 days for the production to be done. So in total this would have been 6 days to a week, not including pre-paying for overnight shipping! UMMMMM! It gets better! Talk to customer service and the whole time they kept saying, we can cancel the order. I was not happy and this went on for about ten minutes. I told them, Just take off the overnight shipping and I will wait weeks or months before you decide to ship my order. Whatever. Then the Lady says again and again, we can cancel your order and how would you like to proceed? I told her I already stated what should be done and she asked again and again. Finally I said " I would rather just cancel my order and just give you a bad review at this point". What a joke! DO NOT EVER IN A BILLION YEARS USE THIS COMPANY!
Easy to navigate the website. Chat was helpful for making decisions. I was easily able to upload the design I created using canva. Excellent email communication after purchase. I was able to view the proof prior to printing. Original timeline for printing was delayed a few days but I wasn’t worried. The roll of stickers looks amazing!
