I received my lovely bag that I use as my overnight bag when visiting my daughter and grandchildren. The help I received from customer service was kindly offered and very helpful. I will recommend their products to friends and family.

The bag we order said it was in route for 2 weeks, but never came. I emailed customer service they answered promptly and offered store credit or a refund. I requested they reship the bag, which they offered to do, but we finally received the bag.

I ordered from Sprayground about a week ago and it came today. I was super excited for my backpack, and I am immensely satisfied with my order. The backpack is in perfect condition, and the materials feel very high quality. Overall super pleased with my order. I feel like the main reason people rate it lowly on this website are because they arrive slowly, but mine actually arrived faster than I expected, especially considering I am not really bothered by waiting. I would definitely recommend buying one of their backpacks. It also feels super cool knowing that this is one of the only ones in the world! Overall great company and product.
