I've ordered from them sporadically for about 15 years, and everything I've received has been good quality. ALSO: my membership automatically renewed 6 days ago. I called and asked if I could cancel it and get a refund. THEY SAID YES, and that a refund was their policy within X number of weeks. How easy. Compared to other companies...what a relief. I don't work for them or know anybody who does. I've just had positive experiences with this company.

I got a swing set and one piece was missing i called customer care they sent it right out i had the part within 2 days beyond happy with product and customer care

Quick shippers. I received my order of 3 gun scabbard’s and 500 rounds of ammo fairly quick and in good shape. Was lucky as far as the shape of the items though as the large box had a 3 to 4 foot tear in it. Luckily all items were still in it and not damaged as they could have easily been removed through the large tear. It appeared it was shipping damage and could have easily been repaired w/ some tape by the shipper who was FedEx. I hope Sportsman’s Guide will have a long talk w/ FedEx. This is the second time I’ve received an item delivered by FedEx w/ this item being damaged. It was from a different vendor. I would not use FedEx if I had anything to ship!!
