Everything shipped within 10 days and delivered within two (paid for the expedited shipping). Once it all arrived, everything fit perfectly and was true to size and looks great. My husband and I were both very satisfied. One item didn’t get charged or shipped, called customer service about it and they were very friendly and informed me that the item unfortunately was out of stock, but once it’s back in stock they will send me the item. The free lingerie/ panty/ gift that’s included, I will agree with others and admit it was all very cheap. I got a free necklace that’s quite cheap and ugly and won’t be wearing, and for the free lingerie and panty it was just a cheap bra and panty set. Overall, I’m very pleased with this company and will be buying from them again!
