Fly with Spicejet is ok. just my bad experience is over their Coustomer Service, i had to wait half an hour to reach them. on the othe hand, sometimes flight schedule will be changed but you have to sacrifice that because you booked cheap flight. nothing is 100% perfect in the world. my suggestion is just to improve Customer service to give a fast service. and also don't changed flight schedule too much.
i was travelling in spicejet flight from vizag to jabalpur via hyderabad on 4th November. After reaching Jabalpur i found my bag was at Hyderabad, That time i was not happy on service of service of Spice jet. But the way the support staff helped me at Jabalpur i am appreciating them especially to Prachi mam. I am also appreciating all other supporting staff behavior, though i face problem but their helping nature make me to write this feedback.
On 04-08-2019 I boarded SpiceJet flight from Tirupati to Hyderabad The flight started at 10AM instead of 08.20AM On first August I had massive heart attack at home at Tirupati .on doctors advice I started for Hyd alone (being a widower) .All people were considerate at Tirupati airport .Air hostess,Tanya took my cabin baggage at entrance and brought to my seat(No13) and secured it safely. She graciously offered me lemon juice and water and frequently enquired about my health status. On landing at Hyderabad also she assisted me to have a free passage I personally express my gratitude to Miss Tanya and all others of SpiceJet who took utmost care for my safe journey

Opted for SpiceMax on my SpiceJet flight from DELHI to JAIPUR. As promised, I was given priority check-in and boarding and my bags were delivered first after landing. The best part, for me though, was the extra legroom in the dedicated SpiceMax seats. Being tall, I am usually cramped for space on budget flights. So, it was so relaxing to have all that extra space. The complimentary hot meal and beverage were delicious and surpassed my expectations. All in all, a good offering, especially given the price.
