Most horrible delivery experience. Worst customer care service and delivery agent. Thay could not pickup the call also. First they showed delivery in 40 minutes, letar after 3hours we couldn't receive our order

Had the best experience today at the Spencer’s in The Woodlands, TX mall. Two employees who were absolutely friendly and helpful. I told them my needs on some items and they educated me making me completely comfortable and we laughed some. Not often a company has such helpful employees these days but Spencer’s has at least 2. So, I would like you to please give Becka and Dillion a great big thank you for a job well done.

I bought a silicone back scrubber this January n because, I have a torn rotator cuff, I couldn't use this scrubber at all. So, I contacted the seller Spencertoysusa n he responded immediately n was very apologetic, also assured me that I would get a full refund! That made me feel great that he understood my situation. This is what I call "Excellent Customer Service"

Spencer's is the perfect store to find that unique gift, party supply, or just something fantastic for yourself. Our family makes a special trip to go shopping to check out the cool t-shirt's. Spencer's is awesome! The atmosphere is cool. The staff is always pleasant and hospitable every time.

I have been in the Fayette location at Spencer's gifts, and have liked shopping there. It's a little expensive though. A few weeks after my first visit there, I had a coupon, and the shipping was free. I would recommend shopping in the clearance and using coupons, just because the store is a little pricey.
