Complete worst company to try to deal with. Refused my warranty claim on a 90 day old case and told me sorry we don’t cover the buttons not working any longer. For some reason the buttons are very hard to press and do not operate as they should. “ Buttons being hard for you to press is unfortunately not a Defect or Damage to be covered under Warranty for replacement. Malfunction of the item does apply for the warranty. As for now this claim had been denied.”

I submitted a warranty claim as I purchased a case from AT&T and it arrived warped . AT&T refused to accept the return so I tried to get it replaced via specks warranty. They asked for my information and everything….then turn around and say to talk to AT&T instead. I’ve dealt with both tech21 and otterbox’s warranty service and it was no where near this difficult. UPDATE: So speck got back to me, asked for the invoice copy, and shipping address (again), and approved my warranty, I was able to get my replacement case a couple days later.

Simply terrible service in this company. I ordered a phone case and when it was delivered to me, I didn’t really like the color in real life, it looked different in the photo, but the biggest minus is that this case is made of some kind of plastic that slips, it doesn’t hold comfortably in your hands and slides off, and if you put it on any surface, it rolls off and falls very easily because of the slippery material of this case. I immediately decided to return the goods on the same day as I received the case, calling the customer service, they told me that they would send a return label, and they didn’t send anything, I received an email saying: “I am sorry we don't have return labels.Kind regards The Speck team”. Then I called the customer service again and asked how I could return the case if they don’t provide a return label, to which he said just go to the post office and send it, but they didn’t say where to send it to, or to what address, or under what conditions. I’m shocked, to put it mildly, by this company and by the way they treat their customers, terrible service and a very unprofessional approach to work and people. Order number #177446

iPhone 15 pro slipped off a bathroom vanity countertop (less than 3’) and hit the floor, top edge of the phone. Hairline chipped glass across the top of the screen 3/4” long from the corner. Worst phone protector I’ve ever owned and will never buy this brand again.

Two orders. Returned more expensive order. But was refunded lower priced order. Speck didn’t honor the discount. Feel cheated. ** update ** Customer service addressed my concern. Speck has both great product and customer service,
