I really like the clothing and accessories but the return policy is not customer centric and customer service is very poor. I returned 2 items using the provided return label and original box. They charge for return postage to do the return but that wasn’t my biggest issue, my biggest issue is that two weeks after I sent the return I had heard nothing. I contacted the company and they said they had no record of my return. They said I needed to provide the tracking information, I explained that I used their label but that meant nothing, they said they have no record of the labels. Thankfully I was able to track down the FedEx number from a text message when I dropped it off at FedEx and the tracking said Spartina449 had received my return 2 weeks prior. After I provided the proof of delivery and another few days of back and forth they said it was in the system and they would request the refund. No apology, no explanation, no confirmation of the credit ever. Really makes me rethink my choice to shop here.

Always happy with their clothing, although on the pricey side.l and I wish they offered a few things like free shipping for purchases closer to my price point (you have to spend $150 for free shipping) and if you want to do a exchange you have to do a return and reorder… would be nice to just do an exchange. The quality is definitely there… you must really measure yourself… I am 123 and 5’6 and wear a large in some of their dresses, but a small in their maren pants…. So you do end up truly using their size charts.

Love the clothing and bags! The feel of the fabric and the styles are timeless. Well made, perfect and stylish. Coordinating the jewelry along with an outfit has been made easy as well.
