Simply excellent. A summer friday lip balm i had ordered was defective, they shipped me a new one which was also defective. So I decided to go to the store and show it to them, feeling awkward that both orders where defective, they were terribly kind and the manager personally called me back when she had a new perfect one for me! Small things matter.

I have used Space NK for many years, have been a loyal customer pretty much from the beginnings of the company. My latest order arrived with a damaged eyeshadow palette. I emailed Customer Service about the issue, enclosing photographic evidence of the item in question. Within hours I was emailed by Claire who apologised and offered me a refund or exchange, and then dealt with my requested refund very quickly. This is how you judge the integrity and goodwill of a company, by how they deal with problems when they arise. As a result, I will continue to make my customary large orders with Space NK and, as usual, recommend them to anyone looking for beauty and skincare, whether in-store or online. Thank you, Claire.
