You still stole my money and my bank says your a scam too . I bought a dress , they didn’t tell me where the heck it was upon shipping . 2 weeks later they write me saying it’s out of stock !! I had to call my bank because they didn’t refund the money I used with my card for a dress that didn’t come in! I got NO STORE CREDIT like they promised ! To this day !!! And to this day 5 months later they still have not responded . Do not shop here .

If I could give them a -10 i would horrible customer service and shipping is a lie. I ordered a dress that was not pre-order, it was supposed to ship and arrive within three weeks. It arrived over a month later, after several calls, trying to find out where it was and why it had an arrived. I got no return response and then once it came, I tried to return it and they denied me would highly recommend not purchasing from the store online. It’s a scam.

Buyer beware! Only gave one star or I wouldn't be able to leave a review. Ridiculous you can't return sale items even for a store credit. I purchased 2 wedding dresses and neither fit and I went by their sizing guide. Live and learn I guess. Will never purchase from them again.

Horrible experience stay away!!!!! I ordered a dress on April 30th, I used a discount code to get the dress down from $74.99 to $67.95. I received my dress on May 7th. I immediately tried it on and it was a little more snug than I liked. I had to request an exchange for a different size. It took them 4 days to approve my exchange request. I received the email for the return shipping label on May 10th and they received it on May13th at noon. I hadn't heard anything about them receiving my exchange or the new dress being sent out as of today May 18th. I called, emailed, and sent a chat. I finally got an answer that it could take up to 2 weeks to process returns. So based off of this I wouldn't have my dress for the wedding I ordered it for. They have a NO refund policy, only store credit.....how many returns did it take for that policy to be instilled???? I then, after complaining, received an email that I owe them $5.95 for the dress and another $7.95 for shipping. I will give you shipping but seriously I have now paid almost $15 OVER original dress price!!!!!! I will never purchase from them again. I understand they are a "boutique" but that is just BAD business practice. I will probably just sell my dress to get my money back.......or at least some of it!!

Ordered from them a couple of times now & items were just as described & arrived as expected. I DO recommend this store.
