I loved there chili cheese dogs they were so good i loved them so much I would give them 5 stars but they forgot a chili dog so i took away 1 star

Great service and food and drinks were good I got a shake with my order and it was the best i ever got. Normally you cant drink them but this one I could and it allowed me to enjoy it. I would like it better if with the shakes you could get a bigger dia straw since they usually come with a soda straw which is a smaller dia. will go back to this location even though it is farther away from where I live. the ones where i live have really gone down but the one in Lone Jack Mo has it together good service and good shakes

Update: THIS SONIC LOCATION IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Grade: B- Location: 8600 W Gage Blvd, Kennewick, WA Very convenient location. The food is consistently good and as advertised. The drive-thru staff could be more enthusiastic on the speaker. When the manager is working the drive-thru, he's great! Really entertaining and a great experience. I love the drive-up service! Very nice, polite and caring hospitality crew! Generally, this Sonic Drive-In location is an excellent choice for a quick drink or meal fix! One improvement for the DRIVE-THRU crew that could be made: Before you hand a customer a drink product, make sure the sides of the drink container are clean and wiped down. I don't know how many times I've received a VERY sticky shake, dripping French vanilla coffee, or root beer float with foam flowing out of the plastic top! Yikes! C'mon, guys - it only take a second to go the extra mile and make things nice!

I stopped in today at the new Sonic in Opelika (Fox Run Pkwy). The person taking the order via drive through was so patient and was very helpful in making sure that my special and modified sandwiches were what I wanted. When I pulled up to pay for my food and complimented the young man on his superior customer services he told me it was actually the assistant manager, Marcus, who took my order. Both of the young men were awesome!...the food was for other people. They raved about how good the food was too! The service was fast as well. With so much negativity going around during this pandemic it was good to experience Excellent Customer Services!! Definitely, will be going back there.

Used their app for purchases before and they are done well. I love having the deal for half price drinks and the options for having the order ready at specific times.
