they are scammers!!!! I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from them, the goods were not delivered, the money is not returned. Support is not responding!order 55969!! U are frauds!!!!!

This review is for the Houston Galleria’s new location. I went in to have a pair of Celine sunglasses adjusted which were purchased from Solstice a while back. I have never seen such two lazy employees sitting in chairs. The one said he wasn’t allowed to adjust the sunglasses. Such a loser!! I went down to LensCrafters and they were happy to help. Don’t know who you are hiring these days. The past location was definitely better. You need to hire employees who want to work. I will never step foot in that store again!

In-store customer service was excellent, informative and helpful. Packaging and quality control was terrible. When I received the package ordered (Gucci sunglasses), the only content inside was the sunglasses in the case. It wasn't in an item box --which is the case with most luxury brands, or even a plastic seal. No bubble wrap, nor scrap paper, nothing to secure the item. Upon inspection, the sunglasses had makeup along the nose pads. A week later, I decided to return the item. When I returned the item in-store, the manager informed me there were light scratches along the lens. Fortunately, I explained the situation and she granted me a return. I'm baffled as to how unobservant employees working in quality control and packaging are.
