Soft Surroundings – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Honestly, I do not understand the low marks for Soft Surroundings. I always find lovely, well made clothing in the store in my area. The store is attractive and the staff always friendly and helpful. I get more compliments on Soft Surroundings clothing than any competition. I’ve ordered the bedding and their bamboo sheets are they best I’ve ever found. I’m ordering more sheets tonight!

My experience with Soft Surroundings has been positive. I have ordered a several clothing items from them over the past 10 plus years. I find their clothes to be soft as their name suggests. I find the returns to be easy to deal with. I have had only positive interaction with their customer service reps. I would and will order from them in the future.

I have shopped at this store for years. Half of my clothes were purchased there. They have sizes XS-3X. I love their designs (not all are to my taste or compliment my figure). Fabrics and quality are excellent and things generally wear well. I have *never* had a less than top-drawer experience in a store or with online customer service. I am lucky to have a store nearby, but plus sizes must be ordered online. They ship to the store for free, and returns are very easy back at the store. I am short and wide, and their tunics this season all come to my knees and still don't flatter me if they were hemmed. Otherwise I would have bought many more things this summer.

I recently bought a pair of black suede ankle boots, and had them delivered to a nearby store to save on shipping. Soft Surroundings isn't inexpensive, but the few things I've splurged on have been beautiful. When I picked up the boots the service was fast, friendly and simple. I was asked if I wanted to try the boots on, but having bought the same size in another style about 2 years ago I didn't think I needed to. Got home, boots were too tight, so I went back and told Irene I needed to exchange them. She was so outgoing, friendly and funny that I'm actually glad I had to go back! She handled the exchange, gave me a discount that was currently applicable and let me know they should be in soon. They were, Irene handled the transaction, and again she made me happy to be there. This is the Santa Rosa store. I think Irene should be congratulated, she made me feel so welcome, and it was a breeze to do the exchange. That's rare in today's world where red tape seems to make everything difficult. What a refreshing exception.
