COOL LCD – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Hi, my order from smallrig.com just finished, so i decide to shere my experiences. I see lots of bad reviews on trust pilot, but in my case, i cannot give them less then 5 stars. All comunication was pretty fast (usually within 1 day) and the quality of the products are fantastic. It just took longer to ship the order, but nothing really bad (2 - 3 weeks to CZ). Im realy looking forward to order some other things.

I ordered some gear to Norway, which is part of the EEA but not the EU. The parcel was stopped and tax (USD$15) & broker fees (also USD$15!) collected from me by the post office when I went to pick it up. This was a surprise to me since my order from Smallrig.com showed tax had been paid. I wrote to Smallrig and after a few days' delay (the pandemic is hitting China hard presently) I got a reply requesting evidence. After sending that, I received the amount reimbursed in full. Not sure if this is their standard practise; it was a little stressful and took me half an hour of email writing and scanning receipts but at least I'm not out of pocket. Surely easier to just make sure all the documentation is correct before sending it? Other than that, I'm happy with all the equipment from Smallrig.

Ich habe ein Half-Case für die X-T5 bestellt. Von der Bestellung (ja, die Ware kam tatsächlich aus Shenzen, China) hat es 5 Arbeitstage gebaucht. Das ist aus China wirklich schnell...somit kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Die Produkte von Smallrig sprechen ja ohnehin für sich. Da passt alles. Es gibt einen Punkt Abzug, weil dem Kunde tatsächlich vorgegaukelt wird, dass die Ware im Deutschen Lager in Frankfurt am Main lagernd wäre...das stimmt nicht, zumindest nicht bei meinem Produkt !

Als erstes, ich benutze inzwischen SmallRig Zubehör im Wert von 1000€. Ich glaube das sagt schon einiges aus. Erstmal zu den Produkten selber. SmallRig stellt alles selber her, und zwar in einer extrem hohen Qualität wie ich sie bis jetzt bei solch einem sensationellem Preis noch nicht gesehen habe. Z.b. sind die Cages nicht gegossen sondern aus einem Block gefräst, welche sie unfassbar stabil macht. Auch bewegliche Produkte wie Magic Arms, Clamps, alles mit Schrauben funktioniert bei mir nach über 2 Jahren immer noch wie am ersten Tag. Zum Versand der hier oft negativ angesprochen wird: Ja, wenn man auf der deutschen SmallRig Website bestellt, kommen die Sachen direkt aus China, bei mir dauert das aber max. 1 Woche. Man zahlt dafür 8€ Versand, was auch verkraftbar ist. Das kann man aber einfach umgehen wenn man bei Amazon bestellt. Dort werden die meisten Produkte von SmallRig auch angeboten. Dann wird es direkt von Amazon aus Deutschland versendet. Wenn es ein Teil nicht bei Amazon gibt, dann muss man halt über die Website bestellen, was ich aber eig. immer mache und auch nicht schlimm ist.

R.A.S Tous s'est bien passé. Deux commandes effectué et je n'ai eu aucun problème. La livraison a été longue mais dans les délais annoncés. Les produits sont solide et robuste et également bien emballé.
