Amazing!! I have been looking everywhere to buy Santa Maria Novella perfumes as none are available in Canada. Of course it is scary to drop $400.00 on a website that I didn't really know about - I read a few reviews and I was almost deterred by some of them. I'd like to share to those that plan on purchasing from them about my (happy) experience. Smallflower's pricing is excellent. Their customer service is superb - they responded to my emails very quickly. I called to place my order and the person helping me was so patient and kind. The fact that they charge for the customs/duties beforehand removed the stress, anxiety, and any unwelcomed surprises. The order arrived so quickly!! I was surprised to receive it today! I am a very, very happy customer!!

This store has many products that are good but can't easily be found elsewhere in the US. I found a phenomenal natural after shave with a perfect scent that I had been yearning to use again but was unable to locate elsewhere. However if you are particular about knowing the ingredients (that may be harmful or cause allergies) and you need to know this, you should try to get additional info. on ingredients prior to buying (and they should include the label in the picture) as some products that may seem natural are not or product lines that are natural are mixed natural and chemical.

I was looking for a basic product that was difficult to find online. Through more obvious webs retailers, prices were either very high or reviewers claimed the products were fakes and/or lower quality than advertised. Or the product/price was right but the shipping doubled the cost. I stumbled upon Smallflower and found the right product for the right price without exorbitant shipping. Smallflower shipped promptly, the product was sensibly packaged and it was actually the correct item. Perfect.

Excellent assortment. I concentrate on Spanish and German products and am very pleased.
