It was bank holiday weekend ( office hours Mon-Fri) and I needed ( Sat) to cancel an active booking, tried to cancel online, but it said I couldn't cancel this as it was not flexible !. But I knew it was. I emailed customer service Thinking I wouldn't get reply until Tuesday. I then received further reply ( Rachel, Monday) saying I could cancel, 2 options including card refund which I opted for. Replied I would like card refund, and within an hour had reply saying refund processed from Isabel. Very prompt response, even without it being bank holiday.
