For the most part I'm happy with the service. I use Skip a couple times a week and seldom has been a bad experience. The drivers sometimes don't read instructions such as I wait by the door of my building and at times they go the rear entrance where they can't get in.

The order and delivery process was very good. Tracks the order delivery every step of the way. The only downside was the cost. Every combo, they add $10 to. I ordered a burger combo and a grilled chicken sandwich combo for my Mother from a local burger joint. Total was $62 (incl taxes) before any tip. This is pretty much double what it would be if you walked into the restaurant.

Order always comes in quick and hot, people who don't tip won't get good service. all the negative reviews are from cheap people who do not tip and complain there food is cold. if you look at doordash or any other courier company they will have similar reviews wanna know why? its because theres a bunch of cheap people complaining there order hasn't arrived hot and complain about everything. people who are entitled and want everything there way without thinking of the person serving them spending time gas and travelling to there home for delivery. Great company been ordering for 5 years i tip $5 everytime always hot and comes quick thank you Skip!

I Trisha Smith was very pleased with my order today. I purchased from the Keg with my husbands credit card. My children couldn’t be happier. The food was warm and crunchy and delicious. The delivery driver was kind and don’t tell my husband but he was absolutely gorgeous. I tipped him well. My husband gobbled that food up like he was a starving pig. It was amazing. Fast delivery and it was still hot. Unlike when I purchased from ubereats. Some of my fries were missing that day. I am very content. Thank you very much. My kids are smiling while eating.
