SkinCeuticals – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Same issue as a below user. Used to have no problem ordering with my subscribe and save option but now it has been three weeks since my last shipment was "confirmed" but they have gone dark, won't respond to outreach, and have not shipped my product. Will not be using anymore.

I previously ordered from the site with no issues. This time the shipment was not received by UPS and SKINCEUTICALS insisted it was on its way. Finally I called UPS and they informed me they had not received the package. When I called the company contact, a call center located in India, I could not get past the call center. The call centers calls to Skinsceuticals went unanswered and they were not authorized to refund my $200. I have now disputed their charges and will authorize UPS to investigate as well. It seems Skinsceuticals has been experiencing some sort of service issues in the last 7 months. Missing shipments are occurring globally. I doubt there is a mass conspiracy theft ring targeting Skinsceuticals. More like their business practices are collapsing. Please only buy from a local source if you must. Or try LaRoche Pose. Anything is better than wasting your time and money.

Metterei stelle negative se potessi, non acquistate mai da questi ciarlatani. Azienda tremenda che prima ti fa fare ordini, poi li annulla (possibile che un’azienda che si professa di tale livello non sia consapevole del proprio magazzino??), per consolazione ti offre uno sconto che più basso di quello usato inizialmente (fa già ridere così) e infine ti ghosta con l'assistenza clienti.

I purchased the Skinceuticals Discoloration serum directly from Skinceuticals but the company will not allow this review to be posted on their site. I've tried twice. I started using the Skinceuticals Discoloration serum religiously with sunscreen from the first day it was received on December 19. It’s been over a month with no change at all. It’s done absolutely nothing for the spots. It’s like applying water. I find it shameful that so many dermatologists are endorsing this product and giving it credibility, when it makes not one iota of difference to the skin. I wish I’d paid attention to the reviews instead of the dermatologists. The product is $110 for 30 ml which after a month’s use is probably at 15 ml. I was advised by Skinceuticals to keep using the product for another 2 months to see results which would amount to another $110 or more. No thanks. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Believe the 1 star reviews because they’re true. If you’re not on a budget like I am and have $110 burning a hole in your pocket, go for it. But just remember that it’s $110 you’ll never get back. Do not waste your money.

Ho effettuato due ordini e mi sono arrivati correttamente e rapidamente . I prodotti sono ottimi , costano,ma fanno davvero la differenza Io ho provato il siero con l’acido ferulico (pelle più luminosa meno discromie), il siero multi glycan (rimpolpa )e il contorno occhi advanced eye (lo uso da poco posso dire che idrata bene al momento ). La texture è davvero bella , non hanno profumo e l’effetto con l’utilizzo costante si vede
