Kept up-to-date with order. Unfortunately there was a problem with stock issue. Daz from skate hut kept me informed and was really helpful.

Spoke with Cara on live chat. She was excellent and so helpful and friendly.

Bought a bike from this company only for the freewheel to collapse after 4 weeks Deb took control and I returned the rear wheel for inspection, on finding it at fault they sent me out a whole new bike. Unfortunately this bike suffered the same fault, again I contacted Deb and sent the whole bike back for a full refund that I have just received. Knowing that Skatehut obviously do not manufacture the product they can not be blamed for the bikes failures, but how they dealt with this complaint has been fantastic. This bike was available from other sellers and I am sure that it would have suffered the same fault I am just so pleased that I chose a company that takes its customer service so seriously, I cant imagine all the others would have done the same. Thank you Deb so much I will defiantly use your company again and cant recommend you enough.

Deb arranged for a replacement skateboard to be sent out to me so i’m very happy with the service. I’ve ordered from Skatehut afew times now and would recommend them.
